My interest in financial services is profound, fueled by my experience as a Deputy Manager UX Specialist at HDFC Bank and industry/partner project with Aegon UK. These roles have enhanced my capacity to understand financial data, further deepening my understanding of the complexities of finance and its impact on user interactions. As a service designer specializing in financial services, I am dedicated to enhancing financial processes through design principles, aiming to simplify challenges and improve user interactions. My academic pursuits at the Royal College of Arts, London, further bolster my understanding of service design's potential in reshaping financial experiences.
