I'm Aishwarya, a service designer passionate about creating emotionally resonant, user-centric experiences. My journey began with frustrations over traditional banking in India, where even simple tasks were stressful. This drove me to develop solutions that balance functionality with emotional intelligence.

While I've focused on financial services, I've found similar challenges in other sectors. My strength lies in deep empathy for users and uncovering valuable insights through human-centred research. At HDFC Bank, I led the design of a platform that onboarded 100,000+ users, including rural areas, simplifying their transition to digital banking.

Inspired by India's digital transformation, I strive to use design for social impact, creating inclusive, user-centered solutions that drive meaningful change.
