User experience Design

I began my tenure at HDFC Bank as a UX Design Specialist, advancing to Deputy Manager. My role evolved to encompass both UX and UI design, focusing on converting HDFC Bank customers to digital platform users, in line with the bank's digitalization vision. I standardized KYC processes across HDFC platforms and enhanced user experiences for HDFC Netbanking, Mobile Banking, and the HDFC Bank Smart App.

Instant Service Journeys

I played a pivotal role in the development of 24 instant, fully digital, and contactless service journeys, which greatly advanced HDFC Bank's digitalization initiative. Notably, more than six of these journeys, such as account transfer, Aadhar seeding, and profile updates, are now live on the HDFC Bank website. My responsibilities encompassed optimising flow, streamlining processes, and elevating user experience and visual design to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.

KYC Engine

I focused on transforming Know Your Customer (KYC) processes across digital platforms. Collaborating closely with teams, I analyzed existing procedures and identified customer pain points, guiding the design of user-friendly solutions. Through extensive testing and iteration, we refined the KYC pages of the instant service journeys, ensuring they met regulatory requirements while enhancing the overall user experience.

UDR Demat

As part of a collaborative effort at HDFC Bank, I contributed to a team tasked with optimizing and designing a user-centric experience to facilitate seamless stock purchases on foreign stock exchanges. Our focus was on enhancing accessibility and simplifying the process for customers interested in investing internationally. Through careful analysis and market research, we identified key pain points. By prioritizing user needs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, our project aimed to empower customers to confidently navigate foreign stock exchanges and expand their investment portfolios.
