User experience Design

The focus was on transforming customers into digital platform users to align with a bank’s digitalisation vision.

Key achievements included standardising KYC processes and enhancing user experiences across Net banking, Mobile Banking, and the Smart App.

Instant Service Journeys

​

This project created 24 instant, fully digital, contactless service journeys, advancing HDFC Bank's digitalization initiative. Notably, over six journeys, including account transfer, Aadhar seeding, and profile updates, are now live on the website.

 

Key contributions involved optimizing flows, streamlining processes, and enhancing user experience and visual design for seamless integration and satisfaction.

Under NDA

Although I would like to showcase my work, most of it is currently in progress at HDFC Bank and under NDA. However, I am available to personally connect, share my work, and discuss my ideas one-on-one.

KYC Engine

​

Transforming Know Your Customer (KYC) processes across digital platforms involved analyzing existing procedures, identifying pain points, and designing user-friendly solutions. Collaborating with the tech team and product owners, extensive testing refined the KYC pages of instant service journeys to meet regulatory requirements while enhancing the user experience.

 

Key contribution: Improved user engagement and satisfaction through streamlined processes and clear, intuitive design.

UDR Demat

A collaborative effort optimized a user-centric experience for seamless stock purchases on foreign exchanges. The project emphasized accessibility and simplicity, addressing key pain points from market research. By prioritizing user needs and regulatory compliance, it empowered customers to confidently navigate foreign exchanges and expand their investment portfolios.

 

A key contribution was creating a streamlined interface that simplified the investment process and enhanced user satisfaction.
